My PaSSION
For as long as I can remember, I have seen my parents' grit, hard work, and perseverance as they raised my sister and I. Values which I aim to embody in every avenue of my life. I grew up helping my parents with their Indian grocery store, Reddy Food N’ Spices, and later Quiznos. I recently helped them prepare their small business for sale, managed it without a broker to close, and set them off on their retirement journey.
I have always had entrepreneurial dreams throughout my career. Right out of college, I started as a commission-based Financial Advisor where I had to learn how to sell as well as build strong relationships. I took a big risk and left a comfortable job at IBM to start and run my own consulting business. I then went into SaaS startups as a Customer Success leader to manage and grow customer relationships to start my own one day. Each career pivot was a step closer to being an entrepreneur.
With the experience and insights I’ve gained from not only my hard-working parents but also my multiple careers across leadership and operations, I am ready to lead a company into its next stage.
